- Why does the forget password tool say that I do not have an account associated with my email?
Make sure that the email you submit to the forget password tool is the same email that you used to register for the webinar in the AACC Store.
Your email will only be different if you changed your email address using the Edit Account form.
- Why does the webinar I purchased say "Soon to be Archived"?
"Soon to be Archived" means that the live broadcast of the webinar is over and Counseltalk Staff are preparing to upload the recorded webinar to the archives.
Please be patient as it does take some time to upload and archive the recorded webinar. Usually the archive is available within 7-10 days of the live webinar.
