Logging In
Common login issues.
- Why does the forget password tool say that I do not have an account associated with my email?
Make sure that the email you submit to the forget password tool is the same email that you used to register for the webinar in the AACC Store.
Your email will only be different if you changed your email address using the Edit Account form.

If you get an error message saying, "You must enable cookies in your browser to log in," then you must follow the following steps for the browser you are using.

- Go to Tools >> Internet Options
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Lower the Privacy Setting to Medium High and click Ok
- Attempt to log in multiple times to clear the error
Mozilla Firefox 3.6:
- Go to Tools >> Options
- Click on the Privacy tab/button
- Select "Use custom settings for history" where it says "Firefox Will:"
- Make sure that the "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third-party cookies" checkboxes are both checked
- Make sure that "they expire" is selected where it says "Keep until:"
- Click Ok and attempt to log in multiple times to clear the error
Google Chrome:
- Click on the small wrench on top right of your browser and select Options
- Go to the "Under the Hood" tab and click on the "Content Settings..." button
- Make sure that the first radio button is selected ("Allow local data to be set (recommended)")
- Close both option boxes and attempt to log in until the error clears
If you are using a browser or a browser version not posted here, please search online on how to enable cookies in your browser.
- I keep getting "Username and password are incorrect."
Please try the following:
Try copying (Right-Click >> Copy) the username and password directly from the email into the username and password fields on the login form.
Most usernames begin with the word, "user". Make sure that you have included "user" at the beginning of your username.
Try resetting your password with the email you used to order the webinar at http://watch.counseltalk.net/counseltalk/passreset/. You will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.
